30-Day Return Policy

Union Overland offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Due to the nature of overland and vehicle-mounted equipment, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

  • The item is returned in original packaging

  • The return request is approved by Union Overland in advance

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Personal preference regarding appearance, size, or features

  • Determining the product does not suit your personal use or camping style

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been installed, mounted, used, or modified

  • The product shows signs of wear, use, or exposure to the elements

  • Damage resulted from improper installation or misuse

  • The product was purchased without confirming vehicle fitment or compatibility

  • The return request is made outside the 30-day return window

Defective or Damaged Items

A return, replacement, or repair may be approved if:

  • The product has a confirmed manufacturer defect

  • The product was damaged during shipping (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)

Union Overland will assess each case and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund timing depends on your payment provider

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturer defect or shipping damage

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Replacement shipping for approved warranty claims will be covered by Union Overland

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Final Sale

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all Union Overland products are final sale after the 30-day return period.
