This website is operated by Union Overland (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or purchase our products.

Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence or have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be offered as in-stock, made-to-order, or pre-order items.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Orders

Certain products are made-to-order or sold on a pre-order basis.

Estimated fulfillment times for these products typically range from 4–10 weeks from the date of purchase. Fulfillment timelines may vary due to inventory levels, production schedules, and shipping conditions.

If fulfillment is expected to exceed 10 weeks, Union Overland will contact the customer to confirm the order given the extended lead time.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier. Union Overland is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Approved returns require prior authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

Warranty

Union Overland products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Union Overland shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury or death

  • Vehicle or property damage

  • Loss of use, revenue, or profits

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Union Overland’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Assumption of Risk

Overland and vehicle-mounted equipment involves inherent risks. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with installation, vehicle operation, off-road travel, and outdoor activities.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Union Overland and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws.

Changes to Terms
