Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

For in-stock items, processing typically occurs within 2–5 business days.

Certain Union Overland products are offered as made-to-order or pre-order items. Fulfillment times for these products may vary based on stock availability and shipping conditions at the time the order is placed.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Fulfillment

Made-to-order and pre-order items are typically fulfilled within 4–10 weeks from the date of purchase. Actual fulfillment timelines may vary depending on:

  • Inventory availability at the time of order

  • Production schedules

  • Supplier lead times

  • Domestic and international shipping conditions

If the estimated fulfillment time is expected to exceed 10 weeks, Union Overland will contact the customer to confirm the order given the extended lead time.

All fulfillment timelines provided on product pages or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

By placing an order for a made-to-order or pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept that fulfillment timelines may vary.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Union Overland ships across Canada using trusted third-party carriers.

Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and product size. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Freight & Oversized Items

Some Union Overland products are classified as freight or oversized shipments due to their size, weight, or packaging.

For freight or oversized items:

  • Delivery may be made by a freight carrier rather than standard courier services

  • A delivery appointment may be required

  • Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise stated

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery

Additional considerations:

  • Residential delivery surcharges may apply

  • Liftgate service is not guaranteed unless specifically arranged in advance

  • Missed delivery appointments may result in additional fees

Union Overland is not responsible for delays caused by freight carrier scheduling, limited access locations, or delivery constraints.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier selection

All shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

Returns & Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Union Overland does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is approved due to:

  • A confirmed manufacturer defect, or

  • Shipping damage approved by Union Overland

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Union Overland within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and product.

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Union Overland is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of Loss

All shipments become the responsibility of the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier. Union Overland is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
