Weight Capacity

Evenly Distributed Capacity: 350 pounds dynamic and 900 pounds static, or OEM Bed Rail capacity, whichever is less. 

Mounting Hardware

We will provide one of the below mounting hardware setups to match your selection.

• No-drill clips to clamp to the bed rail for trucks without accessory rails
• Drill and bolt - 3/8" bolt, washers and lock nuts to securely bolt through the bed rails

45" Rack Length – all short bed models
55″ Rack Length – long bed models (will not fit short bed without modification)

Load bar spacing: 
55" rack - 48-1/2" inside and 54-1/2" outside
45" rack - 38-1/2" inside and 44-1/2" outside

Tonneau Cover Compatibility

Our Elite Series Bed Rack will work with INSIDE mounted tonneau covers that do not sit on top of the bed rail, along with a number of hard tonneau covers.
Tri-fold and quad-fold tonneau covers will NOT be able to flip open with a bed rack installed.

Our most recommended tonneau cover to pair with our bed rack is the Truxedo Pro X15 as it provides a great balance of quality, function and budget.

For a hard cover option, we love pairing our rack with the Retrax XR series tonneau covers

We also have some other options available within a wide budget range, all of which can be fit with our bed racks.

**Important note: the brackets used are 3/16″ thick. Ensure you have enough space to mount under the tonneau cover rails. Minor modifications may be required (trim plastic rail caps, etc).
Self-adhesive foam weatherstripping should be added between the bed rails and the tonneau rails to help seal the gap created by the rack brackets.

Or add our tri-fold brackets to accommodate over-the-rail tonneau covers.
